One of the most delicious types of chocolate, which has been very popular, is " Nutella Chocolate ".
Nutella chocolate is chocolate prepared for spreading on bread, and many of us use it in preparing many dessert recipes, and it is one of the products of the famous Italian company Ferrero, and it has been manufactured since 1963 AD, and the Nutella recipe was developed from a previous recipe found in 1944 AD. Nowadays, Nutella chocolate is sold in more than fifty-seven countries in the world.
Nutella is the same as chocolate cream or hazelnut cream, and its original ingredients contain sugar, palm oil, hazelnuts, cocoa, and skimmed milk. There are many who have tried to find recipes close to the recipe for making Nutella, to imitate it; But there are some recipes that may help us to prepare a spread of chocolate similar to the delicious taste of Nutella.
Ingredients
- A cup of hazelnut.
- Two tablespoons of vegetable oil, such as corn oil or sunflower oil.
- A tablespoon of cocoa powder.
- Half a teaspoon of liquid vanilla.
- Half a teaspoon of salt - to taste.
- 450 grams of dark chocolate or milk chocolate - as desired.
- Turn on the oven at 180°C (360°F).
- Put the hazelnuts in a baking tray, and separate the kernels and distribute them in the tray well in one layer, and do not stack the hazelnuts in layers on top of each other, until they are all roasted evenly.
- Put the tray in the oven and leave it for ten to twelve minutes until the hazelnuts are roasted.
- Remove the tray from the oven and place the roasted hazelnuts on a clean towel, then cover with the tip of the towel and rub well, until the thin brown layer surrounding each hazelnut is peeled off, then set aside to cool.
- Melt the chocolate mold in a water bath over a low heat and stir constantly until the mixture is soft and homogeneous, then remove the chocolate from the heat and leave it to cool slightly.
- Add the hazelnuts to the electric food processor (or the electric mixer), then turn it on and grind the hazelnuts until they are completely crumbled, then add the salt, oil, caster sugar, cocoa powder and liquid vanilla, and run the food processor again until the ingredients are mixed together and homogeneous.
- Add the melted chocolate to the mixture and run the food processor again until the chocolate is completely mixed with the rest of the ingredients.
- Pass your formed Nutella mixture through a sieve (strainer with small holes) until you get rid of any unwanted clumps.
- Pour the Nutella into a bowl or jar and leave until completely cool and set.
- Serve at room temperature with toast or crackers, if desired.
