Ingredients

  • A cup and a half of biscuit crumbs.
  • Half a cup of white sugar.
  • ¼ cup of melted butter.
  • Five cups of cream cheese.
  • Five eggs.
  • Two egg yolks.
  • One and three quarters of a cup of white sugar.
  • One-eighth cup of all-purpose flour.
  • A quarter cup of heavy whipping cream.

How To Prepare Classic Cheesecake

  1. Heat the oven to a temperature of 392°F.
  2. Mix biscuit crumbs, white sugar and melted butter together, and put the mixture in the tray.
  3. Put the cream cheese, eggs, and egg yolk in the bowl of the electric mixer, and mix them together until the mixture becomes smooth, then add white sugar, flour, and heavy cream to the mixture, and continue mixing until the mixture becomes smooth.
  4. Bake the cheesecake in the preheated oven for ten minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 212°F, and leave it for an hour.
  5. Take the cheesecake out of the oven, leave it aside to cool a little, then put it in the fridge and leave it for several hours until it cools, then serve it.
