Ingredients

    • Two tablespoons of light mayonnaise . 
    • A tablespoon of garlic powder. Two pieces of grilled chicken breast fillet. 
    • A teaspoon of white honey. 
    • A tablespoon of shredded Parmesan cheese. 
    • A cup of toasted brown toast cubes. 
    • A tablespoon of white vinegar. 
    • A tablespoon of mashed anchovies. 
    • Salt and black pepper. 
    • Light yogurt box.

    How To Prepare Chicken Caesar Salad For Diet

    1. In a medium bowl, mix the yogurt, vinegar, mayonnaise, garlic powder, cheese, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. 
    2. Add the anchovies and honey to the vinegar and mayonnaise and stir the ingredients together. 
    3. Slice the lettuce and cut the fillet breasts into cubes or lengthwise pieces and put them in a serving bowl. 
    4. Add the sauce to the lettuce and chicken. 
    5. Add toast cubes to the salad and serve.
