    Mother’s Day is one of the holidays celebrated by people all over the world, where children and their mothers celebrate this special day by giving gifts and beautiful surprises, in addition to offering many delicious desserts that are sold in shops or that are prepared at home using simple materials. Ingredients

    • Yolk of four eggs. 
    • One hundred grams of sugar. 
    • Four egg whites. 
    • A small pinch of salt. 
    • Sixty grams of white flour. 
    • Sixty grams of cornstarch. 
    • Sugar Icing.

              Cream Ingredients

                • Yolk of three eggs. 
                • A teaspoon of vanilla. 
                • Twenty-five grams of vanilla. 
                • Two hundred and fifty grams of whipping cream.

                    Fruit Mix Ingredients

                      • Mixed fruits as desired. 
                      • One hundred milliliters of water. 
                      • One hundred grams of sugar. 
                      • A cup of whipping cream for serving.

                          How To Prepare Mother's Day Fruit Truffle

                          1. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture becomes light in color. 
                          2. In another bowl, beat the egg whites and salt until the mixture becomes smooth.
                          3. Whisk the flour and starch, and alternately add the egg white mixture and the egg yolk mixture, stirring gently after each addition, to obtain a semi-cohesive dough. 
                          4. Put the dough in the candy stationery, then pump it in the form of fingers, then sprinkle those fingers with powdered sugar, and leave them to rest in the oven tray for fifteen minutes until they absorb it. 
                          5. We put the tray in the preheated oven at a temperature of one hundred and eighty for ten to fifteen minutes until it becomes golden in color, and we take out the biscuits and leave it to cool on the mesh rack.

                                Cream Preparation

                                  1. In a wide bowl, beat the egg yolks, vanilla, and sugar until we get a smooth mixture. 
                                  2. Put the cream on medium heat until it boils, then add half of it to the egg yolk mixture, and beat until combined. 
                                  3. Return the mixture to the heat, add the butter, and stir until it disappears and the mixture becomes thick. 
                                  4. Cool the cream by placing it in an ice water bath, and after it cools, mix it in a blender to get rid of air bubbles in it.

                                  Prepare The Fruit Mixture

                                    1. Prepare the syrup by placing sugar and water in a small, deep saucepan over medium heat until it boils, then reduce the heat and leave it for five minutes until it becomes thick. 
                                    2. Cut the fruit mixture, and put it in the syrup.

                                    To Apply

                                      1. Arrange the cream, biscuits, and fruits in cups or a suitable serving dish, and repeat until all the quantity is used up. 
                                      2. We beat a cup of cream, then decorate the truffle with it.
